I'm a Project Manager with 15+ years of experience helping teams turn ideas into products people actually use. Over the years I've worked across automotive, fintech, retail, and SaaS, building delivery processes, leading distributed teams, and figuring out how to make complex projects a little less chaotic.
I'm fascinated by the intersection of technology, people, and systems. Lately, I've been exploring how AI can improve product development and project management: not by replacing people, but by helping teams make better decisions and spend more time solving real problems.
Outside of work, you'll probably find me reading, lifting weights, experimenting in the kitchen, or diving into a new rabbit hole just because it caught my attention.
