The short version

I'm Ilyas, based in Almaty. I currently focus on Fleetify, where I work on residual value insurance (RVI/RBI), dealer-facing workflows, and the operational tooling that keeps the business auditable.

What I care about

• Clarity over cleverness. Interfaces that dealers, operators, and clients can trust on the first pass.
• Auditability. Business logic that survives a compliance review — buffer values stored per policy, event logs that answer "who did what and when."
• Shipping the boring details. Sort orders, translation strings, edge cases in customer creation. The stuff that separates a demo from a product.

How I work

• Structured around sprints, releases, and Jira backlogs — with sandbox verification before production.
• Big fan of manuals, tooltips, and in-app hints so users don't have to guess.
• Comfortable across product, design partnerships, and hands-on engineering direction.
